Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)

Location: Great Gransden, Cambridgeshire

Salary: Competitive + Overtime + Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday (39 hours)

The Role

  • As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping production running smoothly by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Your duties will include:
    • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults on a range of production machinery
    • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
    • Maintaining equipment such as mills, lathes, drills, and fabrication machinery
    • Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment
    • Completing basic electrical maintenance where required
    • Assisting with general site maintenance, including plumbing
    • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

You will work closely with production teams and occasionally support work on external client sites.
