They are now looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to support ongoing growth and maintain high production standards. The Role:

  • As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping production running smoothly by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Your duties will include:
    • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults on a range of production machinery
    • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
    • Maintaining equipment such as mills, lathes, drills, and fabrication machinery
    • Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment
    • Completing basic electrical maintenance where required
    • Assisting with general site maintenance, including plumbing
    • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

You will work closely with production teams and occasionally support work on external client sites.

About You:

  • Mechanically biased with multi-skilled capability
  • Experienced in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Confident with fault-finding and breakdown response
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Health & safety conscious with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed

Basic electrical knowledge is beneficial but not essential.

Working Hours:

  • Monday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm

Includes a morning break and lunch break. Regular overtime is available and paid at 1.5x hourly rate, including weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
