Shifts and pay rates as a Warehouse Operative:
- Day shift: 6am to 2pm
- Weekday rate: £13.89 p/h
- Weekend rate: £15.83 p/h
- Back shift: 2pm to 10pm
- Weekday rate: £15.83 p/h
- Weekend rate: £17.77 p/h
- Nights shift: 10pm to 6am
- Weekday rate: £17.12 p/h
- Weekend rate: £19.06 p/h

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment - Including Ambient/Chill (2 - 5 degrees Celsius)
- Pick items using a voice activated pick system
- Operate LLOP (if required)
- Personally maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety is always conducted
- Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 90%
- Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
- Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
