Responsibilities:
- Carrying out EICR testing across residential properties
- Completing remedial works identified during inspections
- Installing and upgrading LD2 smoke alarm systems where required
- Working to a schedule of rates / price-per-item structure
- Travelling between properties across Stamford and Grantham
- Attending and completing a company induction before starting
Qualifications:
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
- AM2 qualification
- 18th edition
- Strong experience completing EICRs within domestic properties
- Ability to carry out associated remedial works
- Confidence working on price work / schedule of rates
- Own transport to travel between sites
