You'll be joining one of the UK's most respected Chartered Surveying Practices, known for providing sound property advice built on a combination of deep local expertise and the support of a national network of offices across Scotland and England. As a Senior Building Surveyor based in the Edinburgh office, you'll deliver a wide range of professional and project services, including building surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, planned maintenance, contract administration, and technical due diligence. You will manage your own workload, support project delivery from inception to completion, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the Edinburgh team. You may also mentor more junior surveyors and APC candidates as part of the organisation's strong professional development culture.
