The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

A leading Tier 1 main contractor with a strong UK presence and a long-standing reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across defence, infrastructure and the built environment.

As M&E Site Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a scheme valued at circa £50m, working with a busy public sector client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all mechanical and electrical works on site. This will include:

  • Coordinating subcontractors
  • Managing short-term programmes
  • Overseeing quality and commissioning activities
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification in a constrained, highly regulated environment

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on large-scale construction projects, ideally within defence, healthcare, residential or other complex environments
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services
  • Experience managing specialist M&E subcontractors and coordinating interfaces with main works
  • A solid understanding of health & safety, quality assurance and commissioning processes
  • SMSTS and relevant CSCS certification (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work effectively within a secure site environment and comply with strict procedures
