We are delighted to be working on behalf of one of our clients in Follingsby Park who are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their existing team. This is a full time position working in a long term temporary role with the potential to become permanent. Hours of work are Tuesday-Saturday 10.00am-6.00pm.

Duties and attributes required in the role:

  • Locating and picking stock
  • Packing boxes
  • Preparing orders ready for dispatch
  • Working in a warehouse environment
  • Working to pick targets
  • Working as part of a team
  • Manual handling is involved; this is a physical role
  • Having an excellent eye for detail
  • Performing in the role with accuracy
  • Having the desire to help others to reach a common goal

For this role we are looking for a motivated individual who has the desire and goal to achieve a full time, permanent job. You must be keen to achieve this, have a high work ethic and excellent timekeeping skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate who is looking to embark on a career in warehousing and logistics. The company is a very well established organisation, who promote a culture of mutual respect. Previous warehouse experience is not essential. More important is the willingness to work, an excellent attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills. All backgrounds will be considered as full training will be given.
