We are delighted to be collaborating with and supporting a client in Perthshire, who is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their dedicated brigade. Located in this vibrant Perthshire town, this gastro pub with rooms has earned a reputation for excellence, attracting both loyal regulars and visiting tourists. Responsibilities- Ensure timely and precise execution of menu items, maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare and present high-quality dishes
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing innovative and appealing menu offerings
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in line with regulations
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and efficient kitchen environment
- Communicate effectively ensuring that the teams are aware of the menu
- Essential you have experience within a busy high-volume restaurant/hotel kitchen as a Chef de Partie (NON NEGOTIABLE)
- Must be a team player and excellent communicator
- Can demonstrate you have worked with fresh produce
- Can run a section including larder, starters and or desserts
- Willing to learn and grow
- Passionate about food
- Have good longevity with your past employers
- Maintaining Food Safety standards and compliance
- Excellent rate of pay paid hourly
