Pennine Recruitment (acting as a Recruitment Agency) are delighted to be recruiting for a FLT Flexi/Bendi Driver/General Warehouse Operative to join an established business in Leeds on a full time, permanent basis. In this role you will be working as part of a small team who have a big emphasis on working together and really going the extra mile! Therefore you will be a big part of ensuring the company's continued growth by ensuring the effective distribution of their products!
Please note: this role is for a true warehouse all-rounder. As such you won't solely be working on a Forklift. You will be expected to pick/pack orders, check stock and even pick up a sweeping brush from time to time!
Key responsibilities include:- Picking and packing orders and ensuring that all orders are processed correctly
- Use of a Flexi/Bendi forklift to move stock around the warehouse and put into the correct locations
- Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Booking in deliveries & managing orders
- Reworking orders including wrapping stock and ensuring orders are ready for delivery
- Housekeeping, both physical completion and hygiene checks.
- Be able to work as part of a close knit team and be able to work collaboratively with the team
- Hold an FLT Bendi/Flexi License - Inhouse licences can be considered should you be able to evidence the training
- Be comfortable using basic computer systems
- Have a flexible attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication & organisational skills
- Be able to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload whilst turning challenges into opportunities
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm
