We are recruiting a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team and play a key role in delivering high-quality management information to support both operational and strategic decision making across the business. You will take ownership of the month-end process, maintain strong financial control, and provide insightful analysis to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet analysis
  • Own the month-end close process, ensuring all journals, accruals and prepayments are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, resolving issues and safeguarding financial integrity
  • Deliver clear and meaningful variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods
  • Provide financial insight to support effective decision making and cost control across the business
  • Work closely with the wider finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy in group reporting
  • Support internal and external audits with confidence and clarity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across finance processes, controls and reporting

About You

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive, motivated and keen to develop within a fast-growing organisation
