The Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across temporary, permanent, and contract vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Interviewing, screening, and qualifying candidates
- Managing offers, negotiations, and successful placements
- Conducting client meetings and site visits where required
- Working towards and exceeding sales and recruitment targets
