As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in project delivery while supporting the continued growth of the consultancy.
- Working closely with architects, consultants, and clients to develop coordinated design solutions
- Producing high-quality structural designs, drawings, and technical reports
- Carrying out structural surveys, feasibility studies, and planning-stage input
- Managing client relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout projects
- Ensuring high technical standards across all deliverables
- Designing on a range of residential and commercial schemes from concept to completion
- Taking ownership of projects and making confident technical decisions
We are looking for a capable and motivated Structural Engineer who can demonstrate:
- A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Strong AutoCAD and Tekla proficiency
- Experience with Revit, Site3D, or Flow (advantageous, not essential)
- Strong communication, IT, and report-writing skills
- The ability to manage workload independently and deliver to deadlines
