The Role

As Site Engineer, you’ll be at the centre of project delivery, supporting key work packages on site while working closely with senior engineers and site management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting out and surveying for major works packages
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications
  • Supporting quality assurance and maintaining high standards on site
  • Assisting with RAMS and safe systems of work
  • Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities
  • Keeping accurate records and tracking progress
  • Helping solve engineering challenges across complex RC and marine works

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll be trusted, valued, and relied upon.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated Site Engineer who can demonstrate:

  • Eligibility to obtain SC Clearance
  • Experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects
  • Strong setting out and quality control knowledge
  • Reinforced concrete experience (preferred)
  • Marine or major infrastructure experience (advantageous, not essential)
  • HNC / HND / Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Based locally to Plymouth or able to work there

Most importantly, you’ll be reliable, proactive, and keen to be part of a serious project with high standards.
