The role involves taking on a varied portfolio across public sector and education environments, including:
- Housing disrepair inspections and detailed reporting
- Preparing specifications for refurbishment and maintenance schemes
- Contract administration from inception to completion
- Supporting Housing, Local Authority and Education clients
- Using AutoCAD to assist with drawings and technical documentation (ideal but not essential)
What you’ll bring:
- Solid Building Surveying experience, ideally with exposure to residential or public sector work
