A strong opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a busy social housing maintenance team, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied properties across Coventry and Birmingham.

Your new role: You'll be responsible for day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, and remedial works within occupied social housing. A professional, customer-focused approach is essential due to the tenant-facing nature of the role.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 18th Edition
  • Level 3 Electrical Qualification
  • AM22391 Inspection & Testing (beneficial)
  • Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full UK driving licence

What you'll get in return:

  • Base salary: £38,500 per year
  • Call-out rota: 1 in 4 weeks
  • £100 standby payment
  • £50 per job attended
  • Bonus scheme based on weekly job completions (outside call-outs)
  • Van and fuel card provided
  • 39-hour week: Mon-Thu: 8:00-16:30, Fri: 8:00-15:30
