Are you an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician looking for steady work across well-known commercial facilities? We have multiple temporary roles available, each covering one specific area, working across a variety of commercial buildings and multi-site environments.

The Role

We're seeking several skilled Commercial Electricians to carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, testing and minor installation works across commercial sites. These may include:

  • Leisure centres
  • Office buildings
  • Retail outlets
  • Public buildings
  • Industrial-light spaces

You'll work independently or alongside a wider maintenance team, keeping buildings safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Key Duties

  • Planned & reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fault finding & diagnostics across multi-site environments
  • Emergency lighting checks
  • Minor installations, component swaps & small works
  • Electrical testing & inspection (EICRs)
  • Ensuring all work meets commercial compliance standards
  • Professional communication with building managers & site staff

What You'll Need

  • 18th Edition
  • Commercial or facilities maintenance experience
  • 2391 / 2394/95 (or equivalent) preferred
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites
  • Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
