Our client, a well‑established, family‑run residential care provider in the Eccles area, is looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their friendly and dedicated day team. The home provides high‑quality residential and dementia care for 19 residents in a warm, homely setting, supporting long‑term residents alongside short‑term convalescence and respite stays. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents

- Assist with medication administration where required

- Support and guide junior care staff during day shifts

Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
