Exciting Estimator opportunity for a Construction Specialist in a brand new team focusing on Specialist international projects with clear progression into Leadership. This Estimator role places you at the centre of a developing Cookstown team pricing construction enquiries. You'll work closely with project staff in a collaborative environment, building responsibility, influence, and fast progression opportunities.

The Role

  • Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications
  • Manage pricing enquiries, variations, and scope clarification
  • Liaise with contractors and internal project teams
  • Prepare handover packs for delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records

About You

  • Experience as an Estimator or Construction Estimator / Design Engineer
  • Confident reading construction drawings
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced office
