A growing organisation is looking to appoint a CDM Advisor / Coordinator to support project delivery across a diverse portfolio. This is a key role focused on ensuring full compliance with CDM Regulations, working closely with project teams, designers and contractors to embed health & safety throughout the lifecycle of projects.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Leading the implementation of CDM compliance across projects
  • Preparing and reviewing Pre-Construction Information (PCI) and Construction Phase Plans (CPP)
  • Coordinating with designers and contractors to eliminate or reduce risk at design stage
  • Carrying out site inspections and audits (nationwide travel required)
  • Supporting RAMS reviews and contractor onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate HSEQ documentation and Health & Safety Files
  • Assisting with incident investigations and reporting
  • Delivering toolbox talks, briefings and HSEQ training
  • Promoting a positive safety culture across all project stakeholders

What Will You Bring to the Party?

  • Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015
  • Experience in construction, shopfitting, civil engineering or similar environments
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • SMSTS / Principal Designer accreditation and CSCS card
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
