A growing organisation is looking to appoint a CDM Advisor / Coordinator to support project delivery across a diverse portfolio. This is a key role focused on ensuring full compliance with CDM Regulations, working closely with project teams, designers and contractors to embed health & safety throughout the lifecycle of projects.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading the implementation of CDM compliance across projects
- Preparing and reviewing Pre-Construction Information (PCI) and Construction Phase Plans (CPP)
- Coordinating with designers and contractors to eliminate or reduce risk at design stage
- Carrying out site inspections and audits (nationwide travel required)
- Supporting RAMS reviews and contractor onboarding
- Maintaining accurate HSEQ documentation and Health & Safety Files
- Assisting with incident investigations and reporting
- Delivering toolbox talks, briefings and HSEQ training
- Promoting a positive safety culture across all project stakeholders
What Will You Bring to the Party?
- Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015
- Experience in construction, shopfitting, civil engineering or similar environments
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
- SMSTS / Principal Designer accreditation and CSCS card
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
