Job Outline
Working as part of the Doncaster showroom team, you will be responsible for actively approaching clients, identifying their requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their aspirations.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Personally greet the clients upon entry to the showroom
- Recommend suitable product ranges to the client as per their specification (dimensions; budget)
- Provide the clients with detailed and accurate quotations to agreed time scales
- Handle payments directly from clients as well as credit/debit card payments, ensuring completion with receipts
- Answer the telephone and deal with any client queries
- Follow the agreed sales process
