Our client, a well known media brand is recruiting a Director of Workspace & Property. Based at the head office and studios in central London your remit extends to 20+ regional offices, studios and warehouses.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Workspace strategy
  • Facilities management
  • Lease and property portfolio oversight
  • Capital projects
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Financial management
  • Leadership of an in-house FM team of c15 staff and a multitude of hard and soft FM and catering contractors

Responsibilities are both fast paced, day to day operations as well as strategic.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with broad FM and property management experience, sound technical knowledge and exceptional people and influencing skills.
