We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team in Dartford. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Promote high-quality, person-centred care for residents
- Recruit, develop, and motivate staff teams
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and overall home performance
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager within a care home setting
