We are looking for a dynamic CRM Manager to join a fast-growing D2C food & drink brand on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This is a pivotal role where you will take full ownership of the customer lifecycle, driving engagement, retention and loyalty through high-impact CRM strategies. You will manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns across multiple channels!

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and reactivation to loyalty and advocacy.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Conduct continuous A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversion.
  • Data & Segmentation: Use customer data to create highly targeted segments, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on key CRM metrics (LTV, churn, retention rates), providing actionable insights to the wider marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a CRM or Lifecycle Marketing role, preferably within a D2C or E-commerce environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and retention strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into successful campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
