This Creative Strategist role is a high impact opportunity to take ownership of paid social creative across key growth channels. The Creative Strategist will play a central role in driving customer acquisition through performance-led creative across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

As a Creative Strategist you will own the thinking behind the creative. The role will turn customer insight into scroll‑stopping concepts, strong briefs and high‑performing campaigns. This position is focused on performance, using data and testing to continuously improve output and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative strategy across paid social channels including Meta, TikTok and YouTube
  • Develop and manage a structured creative testing roadmap
  • Translate customer insight into high‑performing creative concepts
  • Write clear, conversion‑focused scripts and briefs
  • Analyse performance data to optimise and scale winning creative
  • Work closely with performance teams to align on acquisition targets
  • Identify and apply emerging platform trends
  • Manage multiple creative concepts and campaigns simultaneously
  • Ensure creative output is aligned to customer personas and commercial goals
Experience Needed:
  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role
  • Strong background in paid social creative across Meta and TikTok
  • Track record of delivering performance-led creative improvements
  • Strong understanding of key metrics including CPA, CTR and CVR
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create high impact hooks
  • Experience within DTC or e‑commerce environments
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
  • Strong analytical mindset with a test and learn approach
