Our client manufactures high performance, protective footwear used in hazardous environments. Due to an upturn in work and a very busy period, they are looking to hire someone on a temp basis to support their production. You will be joining a close-knit production team, working in a fast-paced environment and play a key part in delivering products that protect people at work.

Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, at their production facility in Crawley.

You will be:

  • Producing protective footwear to high quality standards
  • Inspecting products and carrying out quality checks
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
  • Supporting production targets and team performance
  • Identifying and reporting defects or improvements
  • Assisting with equipment care and basic maintenance

This is a hands-on role involving manual handling, dexterity, and standing for extended periods.
