Broughton Group is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Dealership in Coventry. Your main responsibility will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, managing service appointments and queries effectively.
The position involves working Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am to 1pm. Salary includes a basic up to £31,000 plus a monthly bonus, with an expected OTE of £35,000.
