Our client is seeking an exceptional communications leader to join them as their first Director of Communications & PR. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape and deliver a bold, inclusive and transparent communications strategy that will drive engagement, strengthen our client's reputation and support their ambition to be exceptional.

Reporting directly to the Principal and Chief Executive, you will be the College's senior professional lead for communications, reputation and stakeholder engagement. You will develop and implement a whole-college communication and engagement strategy, champion open and purposeful communication, and ensure clarity, consistency and accessibility across all channels and campuses. You will work closely with senior leaders, staff and students, aligning messaging, building trust and fostering a culture of collaboration and shared purpose.

Our client is looking for a credible, values-led professional with significant experience leading complex communications in a multi-stakeholder environment. You will be confident influencing senior leaders, skilled at managing reputational risk and passionate about inclusive communication.
