A well established, forward thinking consultancy in Essex is seeking a Building Surveyor to join its growing team. This role offers a diverse workload, strong professional support and the chance to work on projects that genuinely improve local communities.

The role

  • You'll take on a varied portfolio across public sector and education environments, including:
    • Housing disrepair inspections and detailed reporting
    • Preparing specifications for refurbishment and maintenance schemes
    • Contract administration from inception to completion
    • Supporting Housing, Local Authority and Education clients
    • Using AutoCAD to assist with drawings and technical documentation (ideal but not essential)

What you’ll bring
