We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing operation based in LE67 1TZ. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience using hand tools and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Working on a production line/belt inspecting pallets
- Identifying damaged or broken pallets
- Removing defective pallets from the line
- Repairing pallets using hand tools
- Ensuring repaired pallets meet required quality standards
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Previous experience using hand tools
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- £12.21 per hour
- £1.00 per hour attendance bonus
- £0.36 per pallet repaired
- Weekly rotational shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)
