Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting Class 2 Drivers to drive a Dustcart for one of the largest environmental companies based in Esher. This role mainly consists of the collection of refuse (Bins) for residential and commercial streets in the safest way following all Health and Safety guidelines.

Shift Times: Mon to Fri, 07:00 - 15:00

The Candidate: To be considered for the Class 2 Drivers role you'll need to be confident in driving on busy roads with cars parked on both sides and have the confidence to manoeuvre in those circumstances and be able to demonstrate good attention to detail skills. The ideal person for this position would need the following:

  • Previous experience in driving a Class 2 vehicle
  • Must have a full UK licence with category C, Driver CPC card and Digital Tacho Card
  • Confident in driving on tight busy roads
  • Hard working
  • Keen and have a 'can do attitude'
  • Reliable
  • UK right to work
  • Proof of National Insurance
  • Be able to get to Esher for 06:00am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving a Class 2 Lorry in the safest manner possible
  • Quick response to all requirements as this is a busy quick paced environment
  • Support all transport related duties
  • Follow direction from senior staff and contribute to the overall success of the operation.

  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent Customer facing skills and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility with shift patterns
