Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and curriculum objectives.
- Track and support students' progress, providing clear feedback and guidance.
- Mark and assess student work accurately and promptly.
- Create an inclusive, well‑managed, and stimulating classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
