Responsibilities:
- Making food orders and all the kitchen necessities, ensuring that the pantry and the kitchen are well stocked at any given time.
- Oversees all the kitchen and culinary staff.
- Supervises to make sure that everything is done as well as it should be done.
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menus and writing of food recipes that are to be used.
- Assigning the staff different tasks that should be done.
- Ensuring that sanitary conditions are kept at all times.
