Key Responsibilities
- Operate all systems within the CCTV Control Centre in a proactive and responsive manner.
- Monitor live CCTV feeds in line with the CCTV Code of Practice and control room procedures.
- Identify and report incidents relating to non‑compliance, environmental crime, public realm issues, ASB, crime and disorder.
- Provide accurate observations and support to enforcement and community safety teams.
- Maintain clear, concise logs and follow escalation procedures.
About You
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to remain focused during long periods of monitoring.
- Experience in CCTV operations or control room environments is desirable.
- SIA CCTV licence preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Comfortable working nights on a fixed rota.
