Our client, a busy and well-established child development clinic based in Carnforth, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Cleaner to support their team for an initial two-month period. Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising doctors' rooms, ensuring all surfaces are hygienic
- Maintaining cleanliness of public areas such as waiting rooms and corridors
- Cleaning office spaces, including desks and shared equipment
- Cleaning kitchen areas, including worktops, sinks, and appliances
- Cleaning and disinfecting toilets and washroom facilities
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste in line with procedures
- Replenishing cleaning supplies (e.g. soap, paper towels, toilet roll)
- Following infection control and health & safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Good understanding of hygiene practices
- Must hold a valid Standard DBS or be willing to obtain one
