We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our 3-bed Children's Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home. This is a key leadership role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the home in line with Ofsted requirements.
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children with EBD needs.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a skilled staff team.
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
  • Strong understanding of EBD, trauma-informed practice, and safeguarding.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
