Start Monday is proud to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed children's residential home in Canterbury. The Role

  • Lead the setup and registration of the home with Ofsted
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire your own staff team
  • Create a warm, therapeutic, and child-centred environment
  • Ensure the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance
  • Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and external agencies
  • Drive excellent outcomes for children and young people

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced within children's residential care
  • Either an existing Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for young people
  • Confident leading teams and developing staff
  • Knowledgeable around Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
  • Holding (or working towards) Level 5 in Leadership & Management
