My client is a rapidly expanding renewable energy contractor specialising in large-scale commercial heat pump and ground-mounted solar projects. With a strong reputation for quality delivery and a close-knit team, they are continuing to grow and are now looking for an Electrical Engineer to support both design and project delivery across multiple live sites.
This is a heavily electrical-biased role with a mix of design, commissioning, and site-based engineering. You will be involved in electrical design input, BMS systems, heating system integration, commissioning works, and hands-on support during installation phases. The role offers excellent exposure across the full project lifecycle and is ideal for someone who enjoys both office and site-based work.
The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified with experience in building services, HVAC, heating systems, or BMS. You will be confident working across design and commissioning stages, with a practical mindset and strong problem-solving ability. Experience in renewables is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The Role:- Support electrical design across commercial renewable energy projects
- Work on BMS systems, heating systems, and HVAC integration
- Carry out commissioning and on-site engineering activities
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Support installation and technical troubleshooting on live sites
- Electrical engineering background (building services or commercial experience preferred)
- Experience or interest in BMS, HVAC, heating systems, or commissioning
- Comfortable working across both design and site-based work
