We now have an exciting opening to join the team at the site in Camberley in a Business Development / Sales Management role. The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across both courier and freight-forwarding services, securing new customers while managing and developing existing accounts. This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to a self-starter who is confident generating their own leads and building long-term relationships in a competitive logistics environment. The primary focus is new business acquisition, supported by ongoing account development.
You will work closely with an experienced operations team committed to delivering a high standard of service. As the business grows, this role is expected to expand in scope and influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business across UK courier services, same-day and express delivery, and international air, sea, and road freight
- Take ownership of lead generation through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market engagement
- Grow the customer base in line with agreed revenue targets
- Manage and develop existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to increase revenue
- Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions aligned to customer requirements
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting margin
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Represent the business professionally at client meetings and industry events

Salary and Package
