I am currently working with a well-established and highly regarded residential conveyancing firm based in Camberley that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its friendly and close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx professional seeking a genuinely supportive working environment with a strong focus on client care and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating the firm’s case management system.
  • Handling all post-completion formalities.
  • Conducting legal research where required.
  • Providing clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing as a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
  • Proven ability to meet targets and manage a busy caseload effectively.

What’s on Offer:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and office based.
