As the Mechanical Shift Leader, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager leading the maintenance activities on shift.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximise equipment uptime and minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Manage maintenance inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts and equipment.
- Experience in an Engineering supervisor or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience of CMMS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of a Level 3 in mechanical Engineering.
