Our client is seeking two enthusiastic and skilled Commercial Contracts Managers to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. What You'll Do:
- Providing expert commercial contract advice to internal stakeholders.
- Negotiating contracts with external parties to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Reviewing and managing multiple large tender opportunities while assessing risks.
- Coordinating and drafting comprehensive tender submissions that effectively communicate the business's position.
- Advising on contractual rights and obligations, and managing variations to contracts.
- Navigating public procurement legislation and providing guidance on contractual queries.
What You Bring:
- A degree or equivalent, with a preference for qualifications in commercial contracts law (e.g., IACCM, CIPS).
- Significant experience in contract law, particularly with high-value complex goods and services (5m+).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draft and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Knowledge of public procurement regulations and data protection matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
