We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive Theatre team at The Cherwell Hospital. As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner you will play a vital role in ensuring to provide highly quality treatment and exceptional patient care. This is a permanent and full‑time position offering a competitive salary and work‑life balance.

Where you’ll be based: Cherwell Hospital, Banbury

What you’ll bring with you:

  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics and/or Ophthalmology
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
