MGR Recruitment are fortunate to be representing one of the leading civil consultancies in their search for an experienced Engineering Surveyor to join their prestigious heavy civil project in Buckingham, which is an integral part of the ongoing HS2 initiative. The project covers earthworks, roadworks, viaducts and bridges. The project is expected to go beyond 2029.

Role and Responsibilities

  • You will be carrying out setting out, GNSS surveys, survey control and checking the setting out coordinates of other surveyors.

Qualifications and Experience needed

  • A valid CSCS card is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven experience working as a setting out engineer or site engineer.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with heavy civil engineering projects in the UK.
  • Proficiency in the use of surveying instruments.
