Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the end-to-end recruitment, ensuring excellent candidate experience
  • Manage advertising response and ensure all candidates are contacted within agreed set time frames at each stage of the recruitment process
  • Manage the recruitment email inbox, responding promptly and directing queries where needed
  • Post job adverts across relevant online and social media platforms
  • Carry out occasional salary benchmarking to help us stay competitive
  • Complete pre-screening checks on applicants as required and manage the boarding process
  • Prepare and send interview packs with all required documents for hiring managers
  • Keep the recruitment database accurate and up to date, tracking vacancy progress
  • Support with additional recruitment tasks as needed
