We are recruiting for a Key Account Co‑Ordinator to join a fast paced and customer focused business, supporting several major accounts and delivering an exceptional level of service. This is a customer facing position where you will act as the primary point of contact for high value customers, ensuring orders, queries, and service requirements are managed efficiently and professionally. Working closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations, you will play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. This opportunity would suit an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys balancing customer service with detailed administration and coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts, managing daily communication and maintaining high service standards.
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing updates on orders and service performance.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations through to resolution.
  • Accurately process customer orders and coordinate with Planning teams to meet delivery schedules.
  • Monitor shortages and proactively communicate any delays or changes to customers.
  • Produce weekly and monthly customer order tracker reports.
  • Prepare commercial invoices and export documentation where required.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience within a customer service, account coordination, or supply chain support role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment would be advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
  • Confident using internal systems and Microsoft Office packages.
