Questech Recruitment are currently supporting one of our well established clients based in Bridlington recruiting for an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team with is in a food environment.
The role involves maintaining and fault-finding on slicing machines, packaging machines, and automated production lines, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and downtime is minimised.
Key Duties
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Working on slicing equipment, packaging machines, and production lines
- Supporting mechanical maintenance where required
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
Requirements
- Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / HNC or equivalent)
- Experience in manufacturing or food production environments
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery desirable
