The organization operates as a Tier 1 provider, specializing in regulatory compliance and technical water treatment infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
- System Disinfection: Comprehensive cleaning and chlorination of domestic water systems and cooling towers.
- Plant Maintenance: Inspection, descaling, and servicing of calorifiers and associated plant.
- Monitoring & Testing: Temperature profiling and TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) fail‑safe testing and servicing.
- Specialist Servicing: Carrying out basic system maintenance and, ideally, Closed Management System Treatment (CMST) or clean and close system specialisms.
Technical Essentials
- Industry Knowledge: Practical experience in water system cleaning, chlorination, and TMV servicing.
- Compliance: Ability to record accurate data for site logbooks in line with ACoP L8 guidelines.
- Desirable: Experience in CMST or similar closed‑loop system specialisms.
- Mobility: Full UK Driving License. Willingness to work away (up to two nights per week) and travel nationally.
The Package
- Overtime: Enhanced rates of 1.5x for Saturday/Weekday and 2.0x for Sundays.
- Travel: Paid travel time beyond 30 minutes.
- Benefits: Company vehicle, 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, and enhanced company pension.
