Broughton Group is seeking an Assistant Organisation Design & Change Practitioner in Birmingham on a hybrid basis. This role focuses on transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive organisational design. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards and insights.
You will have the opportunity to influence key decisions, support complex change programmes, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making.
This is a contract position lasting 3-6 months, with rates between Β£400-450 per day.
