We are seeking Production Supervisors to join an award-winning, multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. The company is privately owned and supplies numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad. These are permanent, full‑time positions on the PM shift (Tuesday to Friday: 2 pm–10.30 pm, Saturday: 9 am–5.30 pm). Positions are available from Level 2 to Level 3 depending on candidate experience.

Your Duties as Production Supervisor:

  • Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules
  • Drive day‑to‑day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets
  • Support, develop and look after your team, promoting wellbeing, fairness and respect at all times
  • Create a positive working environment
  • Maintain accurate and timely data within the computerised production system
  • Lead and support a team of Line Operatives and Machine Minders
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English
  • Demonstrate and role‑model our Company Values in all aspects of your work

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader, etc.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Food manufacturing industry experience
  • HACCP awareness
  • A genuine commitment to team wellbeing and engagement
  • The ability to work calmly and decisively in a fast‑paced environment
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement

Pay & Benefits:

  • £14.47 – £14.97 per hour depending on level
  • 39.5 hours per week
